Recycling ICHIRO Chichibu Chidori Series

As the "Ichiro" brand of Chichibu whisky gained increasing popularity, Ichiro Hido decided to capitalize on this success and establish his own distillery. The Chichibu Distillery was eventually built in Chichibu City and began operations in February 2008. Notably, Chichibu City experiences hot and humid summers and extremely cold winters, with significant temperature differences between day and night. Whisky aged briefly in this environment develops a rich and balanced fruit flavor. The Chichibu Distillery not only produces its own whisky but also repackages and sells Hanyu's original whisky. Under Ichiro Hido's diligent management, Chichibu has become a world-renowned whisky brand, and he himself has secured a place in the whisky world.
