How to make the photographs easier to review

Use natural light and keep the entire bottle, including its edges, within the frame. Add close-ups of reflections, leakage, mould, scratches, damaged seals or unreadable codes. For several bottles, number the item list, bottles and accessories so that each set remains correctly paired.

What happens after submission

The initial response records visible edition fields, condition assumptions and any photographs still required. If both parties wish to continue, the physical review, location, possible costs, handover and payment arrangements are agreed individually.
